Welcome to Ugly Ads Agency! We're here to help you get attention-grabbing ad creatives that make people look. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of our services, so please read them carefully.

By subscribing to our service, you agree to these Terms. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us at hello@uglyads.agency.

Who We Are

Ugly Ads Agency (that's us!) is a creative subscription service based in Amsterdam, Netherlands. While we're not yet formally incorporated, we operate globally — with a special focus on our friends in the U.S.

What You're Paying For

We create high-impact advertising assets on a subscription basis. When you subscribe:

• You'll fill out a short onboarding questionnaire.
• Each month, we'll create and send you a set of creative ad assets — static images for now, and in the future, possibly animations and videos.
• Your files will be delivered via Dropbox or Google Drive. You'll receive a secure link via email or SMS.

Subscription & Billing

• Your subscription renews automatically each month (or annually if you choose the yearly plan).
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We may add PayPal support later.
• You can cancel at any time by emailing hello@uglyads.agency — but please note:

  ❗️Our "No Refunds Guarantee"

  • We do not offer refunds.
  • To avoid being charged for the next billing period, you must cancel at least 30 days in advance.
  • Once you're billed, that payment is final — no exceptions.
• If we run any promotions or discounts, they apply to the first billing cycle unless otherwise stated in writing.

Remember — cancellations must be made 30 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged again.

What You Can (and Can't) Do With Your Assets

We create original ad content for you — and we own the rights to everything we make. Here's what that means:

Some of our assets may be generated using AI and other tools. You're fully responsible for how and where you use them.

Performance Disclaimer

We don't guarantee performance results (clicks, conversions, impressions, etc.). We just deliver the creative work — you decide how to use it. That includes ensuring it complies with the rules of platforms like Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.

We're not liable for:

• Ads being rejected or flagged
• Accounts being suspended
• Campaign performance or ROI

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the lesser of (a) the amount you paid in your most recent billing period, or (b) the minimum required by law.

Data & Privacy

We collect only the personal information necessary to deliver your creative assets — things like your name, email, and brand info. We don't sell your data or spam you. A separate Privacy Policy will be published soon.

Legal Stuff

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
• Any disputes will be settled in the competent court or arbitration panel in the Netherlands.
• If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we'll post the new version on our site and notify current subscribers by email.
